How do I start my free trial?

Simply click "Start Free Trial" on any page and you'll get immediate access to our trial environment. No credit card required - you can process up to 50 voicemails during your 14-day trial period.

What file formats does VoiceWise AI support?

VoiceWise AI supports the most common voicemail formats: WAV, MP3, and M4A files. These cover virtually all voicemail systems including Nextiva, RingCentral, and most VoIP providers.

How accurate is the AI transcription?

Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy on clear voicemails. The system handles various accents, background noise, and speaking speeds. Even with lower-quality audio, the categorization and key information extraction remains highly reliable.

Do I need to install any software?

No installation required! VoiceWise AI is completely web-based. Simply access it through your browser. For email monitoring, you'll just need to provide your email credentials - no additional software needed.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After your 14-day trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan or your account will be paused. We never automatically charge - you're always in control. Your trial data remains accessible for 30 days.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you need more voicemails mid-cycle, you can purchase additional processing credits.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH transfers for enterprise accounts. All payments are processed securely through industry-standard encryption.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for any plan. You can start processing voicemails immediately after signup. Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding support at no additional cost.

What if I go over my monthly limit?

We'll notify you when you approach 80% of your monthly limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional processing credits. We'll never stop processing without warning.

Technical Support

How do I set up email monitoring?

Email monitoring requires IMAP access to your email account. We support Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, Zoho Mail, and most other providers. You'll need to generate an app-specific password for security.

Our setup wizard guides you through the entire process step-by-step, and support is available if needed.

Can VoiceWise AI integrate with my EMR/CRM system?

Yes! Our reports are formatted for easy import into most systems. We provide CSV format for universal compatibility, and our Professional and Enterprise plans include API access for direct integration.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security including:

What if the AI categorizes a voicemail incorrectly?

Most voicemails are processed in 5-10 seconds each. Our system can handle multiple voicemails simultaneously, so even large batches (20+ voicemails) typically complete within 2 minutes.
